Welcome to Living in the Lens. Your humble photographer is myself, Robert McCrory. I’m based in Perth, Scotland, an ideal location within easy reach of big cities such as Glasgow and Edinburgh but also minutes away from beautiful countryside and small Perthshire towns such as Dunkeld, Blairgowrie and Pitlochry, all of which are surrounded by their own charm.

There’s more about me later in this website but I’d like to suggest you begin at the beginning. Below are some introductory images that I’m very proud of. I started my journey in photography captivated by local wildlife but found a growing fascination for street photography. Along my journey I have become very interested in portrait photography and am at present offering FREE PORTRAIT SESSIONS. These sessions would typically last for around 1-2 hours and participating models would receive 10 edited images via email to use as they wish.
